What is Network spinal analysis?
Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) is an approach to healing and wellness that promotes increased communication between the brain and the body. Gentle, precise, light force contacts are applied to spinal gateways and other specific areas of peace and ease along the spine. A spinal gateway is an area on or near the spine where the nerves connect to the vertebrae. It acts as an interface between the systems that promote spinal and neural integrity. Contacting these areas cues the brain to recognize spinal distortion, release spinal and life tensions and restore optimal nervous system function. With NSA you will learn to connect to old stored stress in your body and release tension from the nervous system; transform stored stress into fuel for healing and growing; and awaken into greater personal and interpersonal peace, ease and connection.
What Can You expect under NSA care?
NSA care helps you develop two unique healing waves: The respiratory wave is a spontaneous rhythmic breathing which begins at the base of the spine, progresses upward between the shoulder blades, around the shoulders and into the neck and head. It naturally, gently rocks the vertebrae, melting tension and increasing awareness of spinal structures and creates a sense of greater ease. The somatopsychic wave is associated with muscular contractions, which spontaneously release spinal and life tensions, and uses existing tension as fuel for spinal re-organization and enhanced well-being. As these “healing waves” progress along a patient’s spine, they revitalize and energize.
Benefits of Network Care:
NSA is evidence-based with benefits reported in a recent retrospective study of 2,818 patients receiving Network care in the United States and around the world, demonstrated that Network care is associated with profound and statistically significant improvement in self-reported wellness areas. The direct effects of NSA on the health perception of the individual were significant and occurred across physical, mental, emotional, life-enjoyment and stress-related domains of health. There were a significant number of patients who were able to easily and effortlessly make healthier lifestyle choices. In as early as 1-3 months under care and appear to show continuing clinical improvements in the duration of time under care with no “ceiling” to the amount of health and wellness one can achieve. “Network Care has a direct effect on client self-reported wellness which is twice that expected from healthy lifestyle practices (exercise, risk avoidance, optimal food choices). Network also has a major indirect effect on wellness by promoting healthy life-style choices.”
